However:

• Minor color variations due to lighting may occur
• Slight differences in finishing may occur between batches

All products listed are inspired sneakers (7A grade) unless stated otherwise.

🔹 4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices on ShoesBox.in are final and may change without notice.
• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payments via secure gateways.
• For COD orders, refusal at the doorstep may lead to cancellation of future COD privileges.

🔹 5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on eligible pin codes.
Courier partners may call before delivery for confirmation.

We reserve the right to:

• Cancel COD for suspicious or repeated fake orders
• Request advance payment for high-value orders

🔹 6. Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed:

• You will receive a confirmation message/email
• Orders may require verification through call/WhatsApp for COD
• Unverified orders may be cancelled automatically

🔹 7. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped within 24–48 hours
• Delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on your location
• Delays caused by courier partners, weather or festivals are not in our control

🔹 8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

ShoesBox.in offers 5-Day Return / Size Exchange on eligible orders.

You may request a return if:

• You received the wrong product
• The size does not fit
• Product is unused, clean and in original condition
• Product box & accessories are intact

🔹 9. Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellations

You can request cancellation before the product is shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Store Cancellations

We may cancel an order if:

• The product is out of stock
• COD is unavailable for your pincode
• Payment verification fails
• The order appears suspicious or high-risk
• Address/contact information is incomplete or incorrect

Refunds (if any) will be processed as per our refund terms.

• Delays by courier companies
• Wrong address provided by the customer
• Package stolen after delivery confirmation
• Damages caused after usage
• Third-party website links
